later on, the three heroes break into the ministry of defense, and get caught up with chaos caused by electrical interference. the soldiers damage the three, sending them falling to the bottom of the well. when they reach the bottom, they are faced with a problem: the control room of the well is still active and will not let the three pass. so, the team manages to tap into the computer to find out that the army’s gunfire hits the whole planet and is causing strange phenomena.

the video begins. it reveals that both jack and ms. miller, and someone else with a long silver hair, meet in a kind of ballroom of the chamber of pleasure, and they play some kind of chess. the camera then moves to a camp where people are being gassed, and a man named tower sets the fire.

the sega cd version is in all but name a loose port of the arcade version, with an added bonus of a japanese text option. the saturn version has text and graphic subtitle support. the cd version has a harder soundtrack with the same sprites used as in the arcade version.

the game was a licensed version of cadillacs & dinosaurs: the ultimate game, another beat-em-up from capcom. the game is essentially an arcade version of cadillacs & dinosaurs from 1987, with all new digitized sprites and several enhancements. all new costumes for the arcade version characters are also available. there is a cheat to access the characters to play as if they were in the arcade version.
