For many years, oh 20 to 30 now, I have wondered why anyone would prefer socialism to a limited representative Federal Republic.
Here is a cut and paste from google page 1:
so•cial•ism sō′shə-lĭz″əm►
- n.Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.
- n.The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which the means of production are collectively owned but a completely classless society has not yet been achieved.
- n.Specifically, in Germany slot terbaru, legislation, supported by Prince Bismarck, intended to improve the condition of the working-man. Among the measures included were the insurance of workmen against accident, sickness, and old age, and the establishment of cooperative associations under state protection.
Do the reasonable Democrats understand what they are voting for? They have their causes most definitely. And we can debate them. But believing that a socialist takeover will address those issues is a pipe dream extraordinaire.
Is it really the promise of “free stuff” like so many conservatives would have you believe? I would hope not. That had better be about 5% of Dems or less. Otherwise humanity is doomed.
No. I believe it comes down to choices. Our politicians have given us so few over the years. The baby steps towards socialism in the 20th century were made with Republican oversight, even Republican consensus at times. The voters could not tell the difference between left and right, so barring a real dive Daftar Sbobet into self education, they came to believe that there was no difference.
A sleeping population can be turned on a dime. And just because we have been asleep does not mean the likes of Russia and China have not been hard at work to subvert our collective consciousness all along. THEIR beliefs are entrenched in the educational system, written into many of our laws, and expressed daily as our people demand services from the government.
Why should the government provide service at all? They have proven time and again what inefficient failures they are. Holy Cow Batman, they have fouled up the lunch program!
To be a benevolent society we must provide a safety net and take steps to address the needs of the slot bonus new member population. By definition, this is a step towards socialism. But these are Christian values and once upon a time people did not need the government to do it for them. Every time the government steps in, good people step back. Maybe that should be RULE #3. (see “We are Americans” for the first 2 RULES)
“Christian values”? How dare the socialists promise values derived from a religion? I thought they were against religion. Do you see how their rhetoric can never become reality? It’s too screwed up to explain, let alone implement.
If we have a free press and we have advocates and we have debate, these issues can be addressed, moved forward, and productive action can be had. But when Democrats are hijacked by the radical left, there is no debate; there is no negotiation. That is what has happened. That’s why we can no longer speak with each other. That’s why the civil war has already begun.
Today your mortgage is parsed through the Feds. Today all student loans are federal. Today your health care system is so convoluted that just how many dollars funnel through the feds — NO one can say.
Every breath you take, every time you start your car, every purchase, every profit, every bite of food you consume has been taxed at some point in some way. And this practice, of extracting from the people to give to the government is by definition, socialism. WE HAVE BEEN SOCIALISTS FOR YEARS ALREADY! So what did we vote for?
If you believe the will of the people is for more socialism, the final act, (by the way: the final act is called communism) then you need to study the election results ‘down ballet’ for yourself. You need to visit with farmers and truck drivers and common sales reps. By all means do not speak to the owner of a restaurant for they are truly biased.
We live in complex times. There is no easy way to explain our predicament and you cannot figure it out by watching one video or taking a class in political science. We are the result of history itself; and we are at a turning point. The great experiment our founding fathers put forth has been beaten nearly to death. We were sleeping. We checked out. We opted for the alternate reality, that technology would solve our problems. Instead, it has magnified them.
Time is running out. We have only 2 choices left. Remedy the fraudulent vote and deal with the ensuing riots or lose the Republic entirely.
I hate them both.
