The app allows users to create notes on the background. The tutorial shows you how to do this. It is a very fast and user friendly. It is the best and most modern note taking gadget on the market for Windows Vista. Because of the in-built power of this note taker, it has been able to implement multiple security options for users. These include security passwords and a special administrator account. The app is “Anytime Accessible” meaning that it can be used even without a connection to the internet.
Very simple and fast program. The default color can be changed to any color you like and it appears in every Note. Just drag the Note to wherever you want on your desktop and it will stay there. It remembers your position (which Note) as well as the opacity and the size. You can choose from 1 – 7 notes and they all stay on top. You can move all the Notes in your Notebook as well as clear them. It has a few keyboard shortcuts, but only one does anything: F3 closes the Note.
