No one knows what to do.
It is painfully obvious that we the little people, have little control over the news and events that are whirling past us, let alone the sources required to tell truth from fiction. There is so much fiction. Truth is the first casualty of war, and that death seems like ancient history at this point. But there are a few things that might help.
Steel yourself. The biggest weapon of communism is fear. They want you to fear them, but they also want you to fear everything else even more. Eventually, the communist with the loaf of bread will seem harmless as compared to the other threats in the wilderness. If you are sympathetic to the communist dogma, chances are, when the time comes you will fold. Millions of otherwise good people decided to join the Nazis. Millions of Chinese peasants followed Mao simply because that, at the time, was the easier path.
As the veil of totalitarianism falls gently over the countryside, most of the changes may seem innocuous, harmless, even beneficial. They might be easy to accept. Then there will be the more dramatic ones where acceptance becomes equivalent to support. Most people will still capitulate, even as they complain. Soon enough, the transformation will be complete and then it is too late. So what good does fear do us? It is exactly what they want from you.

In his book Madness and Terror, Rafael M. Madalozzo (p. 124) asserts that under Stalin “the goal was manifest: to make clear to everyone the helplessness of the individual vis-à-vis the omnipotent state, from which nothing could escape, not even time itself. The state could control the present, the past, the future, and even one’s thoughts, and everyone was conscious of the fact they could be executed, tortured, or imprisoned for life at any moment [.]”
It all sounds so melodramatic, we being the decadent, spoiled population riding the outgoing tide of freedom bought by the blood of our grandfathers and great grandfathers. The most influential men in my life fought the Germans, the Japanese, the communists. They are dead now and we have forgotten what they sacrificed and why. All too soon we will each be faced with decisions we’d rather not have to fathom. So prepare yourselves to be counted. We will all be counted. In one group or another.
The other thing we should do, all of us, is to speak our minds intelligently and respectfully. I do this about 80% of the time, but the other 20 is pure rage. I’ve been screaming for years now. Learn the conservative arguments so you can articulate what you believe. If you don’t believe in equal application of the law, individual responsibility, self sufficiency, freedom of opportunity, equal pay for equal work, reasonable taxation, limited government, freedom of speech, religious liberty, and the right to bear arms; you are free to say so. If you do, you are also free to say so. For now.
That list would make me a liberal in 1971. So let’s take a moment to define terms. A liberal believes in constitutional values. He differs with the conservatives in the “how to” manage the government’s role in a Democracy. It is the radical leftist who promotes the complete destruction of anyone who does not join in their cause. Leftism is the totalitarian, communist element I am speaking against. Liberals are simply the good people we might debate with over how much money to spend on any given project or how to enforce a policy. Many of us, myself included, use the term ‘liberal’ when in fact we mean ‘leftist’. I will make a conscious effort from now on. Furthermore, the liberal may feel pinioned between the leftist and the conservative. When the liberal leans left he is what Lenin called the “useful idiot”. They will eventually squash him. When the liberal leans right, he gets a voice and a vote. He will always be respected. Conservatives and liberals have practiced compromise for 240 years.
Resist cancel culture by condemning it every time you hear or see it demonstrated. Stand up for its victims. This is a poison, an evil, the very worst virus that could possibly get loose in the public square. Nothing will make things worse than blatant prejudice, which is exactly what cancel culture is. Wanton, evil, prejudice. Freedom of speech is at stake!
If we do these things fearlessly we will wither away at the propaganda they are shoving down our throats. If we play their game we will continue to lose. If we opt not to play, then even in silence we become the adults in the room. God knows we need adults now more than ever.
Hatred is not the answer to hatred. Vengeance only breeds more vengeance. But to stop a bully, you merely need stand up in front of him and say, “No. I’m not buying it.”
Lastly, beware of misinformation. You may not believe my conspiracy theory analysis, but this soft coup we are watching is using sophisticated psychology. They are advertising “Armed demonstrations at every state capitol on Jan 20th.” This is exactly the pretext they need to come for our guns. Don’t buy in. The demonstrations must be civil if they are ever to be effective. We must sway public opinion into a title wave that changes the course of events. We are losing this fight, but we must keep fighting the good fight.
Remember that the vast majority of communist propaganda, communist influence, and communist tactics being perpetrated in the USA, have their roots in China. They have completely infiltrated and corrupted our society, our corporate world, and our government, largely by stroking egos, blackmail, and bribery. They have invested in our markets and businesses, paid off lobbyists, paid off judges, paid off politicians, you name it, large and small. This is the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) at work. It is not every person from China, only the ones with a political agenda to subvert this country in order to dominate the globe further. It also includes those in the American Communist Party.
The next six months will probably make these ideas seem futile because the momentum is all favoring the communist takeover. It is sad. Only a people of courageous moral fortitude can stop this train wreck. Stand up, support American values, and be vigilant.
