I have no idea why this is happening. I think this is a pretty common result that I am getting when implementing a topology search, but I am using an existing search tree implementation and changing the original code. I am changing it such that instead of using a search tree, it uses a search graph. So a BFS basically is going to look like this: so, the tree here is only using a base class from the original search tree implementation, and the only change is that the nodes are not searched in the “original” order, they are searched in a more efficient order.
