I’m attempting to read the contents of a property file using a context, where I’m able to do it using static methods in the System.IO.File class. I want to use my Context instead, because I want to use different properties depending on the user in the main thread. The idea is to create a new Context with my properties, and add that to my DbContext, and have it be used to read the file.
