this book is a little bit of a misprint. it reads like a long chapter outline on pages that were supposed to be part of a textbook on marketing. if you read one of those pages, youll find out that an entire chapter is not in the book that was expected. the top portion of the book is a chapter outline on marketing and how to use it in business. this was basically a fourth chapter in a book about marketing. it is very lengthy with 10 pages of illustrations. if someone has the time, it is a good read. but i think it would be better to read marketing in another book, or learn marketing on the job.
