it’s been some time since our last update on the god of war patch. if you’re thinking that this means the game will never get a pc version, you’d be wrong. the studio and the publisher still wants to make a game that will also run on pcs. it’s just that they’re not sure if they’re going to get the resources they need to make a version that runs as well on the pc as it does on the ps4.
the studio is still working on the pc version and there’s a chance that they might not even release it. the studio’s current focus is on making the game run better on ps4 and xbone and making it run on older computers, while the pc version is a side project.
this patch is an interim one and it is meant to improve the game’s performance on newer graphics cards. it also includes various graphical updates for the cutscenes and character sprites and a few other small adjustments.
as the google earth that comes with the ps4 can be shared with all players on the same account, it’s assumed that you can also share your offline mode save with other players. if you’d like to keep some of your progress offline while sharing it with other players, you can use the share function on the ps4.
the playstation 4 system is region free and all ps4 games can be played in all regions. certain playstation 4 games may not be available in all countries or languages and certain content not available in all countries or languages, including, but not limited to, online features, such as multiplayer.
a user can install a game onto the hard drive, only if the game does not require use of the memory card, or at least if the game does not require a save file to be stored onto the memory card. the ps2 games that require use of the memory card will install into the memory card, or if the game requires the use of a game save, they will install into the memory card. the following games will install on the hard drive for any user to play offline, no matter what memory card the game has been installed to. bloody roar
