Whether it’s computers, cell phones, or other technologies that we take for granted, it often takes a team to make a product or service. Sometimes this team is very small, like the developer teams that build software. Other times the team is much larger and includes people of varying functional backgrounds, jobs, or needs. Regardless of the team’s size, the team has to work together to build a product or service. This book is about the tools, processes, and structures that make teams work together effectively. The book explores team dynamics, leading to effective organizational change.
