There must be option to create a multiboot USB also in the program while preparing. Otherwise you can modify this file after preparation, like in my case. Helpful if a user wants to modify or create a bootable Windows USB with certain windows types only. (Client Server etc)
To add a Linux ISO to your multiboot USB, simply copy the ISO to the root of your USB, then format the drive as a FAT32 filesystem before running the tool. Note 1: It will remove all the ISO files in the path (as those are added to the boot image) in your USB. You can make a copy from a file manager though. Note 2: WinSetupFromUSB will change it back to ISO files when you run the tool for the second run. Note 3: You can also check other tools to see which ISO from the list you can add to your multiboot USB
WinsetupfromUSB is a multiboot USB tool, which focuses on Windows Installers. You can add multiple sets of Windows installation files including XP, 2000, 2003, Server 2008, and Server 2012. As well as Windows installers, you can add Linux distros, antivirus packages, and recovery disks. So long as the ISO image is grub4dos compatible, you should be able to add it to your multiboot USB.
