What it does
Mail merge is easy to use. You can open a document, paste in the fields, and set the mode. From there, it’s easy to choose the fields that you need.
1. Create A Document
Once you have the document(s) that you want to create. To use the tool, you’ll need to open it.
On the Mail Merge toolbar, click the New button. From the menu that appears, click Merge…
With the Merge window open, click the Browse button. (See step 1 below.)
2. Choose The Files You Need
Browse. The current database file should open by default.
3. Select The Fields You Need
In the Select box, you can choose all of the fields that you wish to include.
You can also limit it to just the fields that you need.
