The pen tool can be difficult to understand at first, so it helps to know that the various pen tools available function differently when you’re just beginning. Some need only a few strokes to create a line, others require numerous and many strokes to complete the task, and some require just one stroke to create a new point of reference for another tool. You’ll soon find the pen tool to be quite useful as you draw and paint with it.

You can use brush tools on the canvas, but you can’t use a brush to create strokes on the canvas. These types of tool combinations don’t work together. Only the pen tool lets you draw on the canvas and create strokes with it.
Brush tool
The brush tool is the only tool that works outside the raster image grid of the image, enabling you to paint and create other types of marks and shapes in a layer. The brush settings control the area of the canvas you paint, and the flow controls the application of paint to the canvas area. You can also use the brush tool to create lines, fill areas, or paint new objects

Initial Setup
Adobe Photoshop Elements is not different to other Photoshop applications. The initial setup process is very simple. You just need to navigate to the main menu and follow the instructions shown on the main screen. It will be a lot easier for you to set up the program if you choose to let Adobe update the program for you.
The functions are split into several menu tabs that also match the types of images you can edit with the software. The top menu tab contains the tools that are useful for creating new images or editing your current images. The most important tools are the image tools: Image, Adjustments, Layers, and History. When you have created an image with the tools in the Layers tab, you can add effects to the image.
The Adjustments tab has the Image Enhancer, Pencil, Spot Color, Gradient, Clarity, and Levels tools. You can use these tools to refine your images. There is also a basic tool, called Type Mask, that is useful when you want to change the font, typeface, color or size of text.
The History tab contains the different sets of changes you made to an image, such as where you created them, when you saved them, and what you named the images.

I am working on an application in which I have to automate the input of data in a multi tabbed application. Now, it works with Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome.
Does the Selenium webdriver handle this in any way?
