      If you’re familiar with the formula of MMORPGs, you know that your fundamental statistics do not change. However, your skills and abilities do. The only question is how do those skill changes occur?

      Two conditions must be met. The first is you have to have enough items, and the second is you have to be proficient in said skill. Looted items are a given, but since you’re probably farming a dungeon, these conditions are also already filled.

      The same thing goes for Reckless Attacks in Legend. Perhaps this is something that hasn’t come across in your MMO experience, but it applies to every skill for every character. Every single character in a single progression tier of a single dungeon.

      With that being said, some skills, even in MMOs, have infinite use. In Legend, you could be flooding your allies with disaster spells to absorb damage or cast a powerful buff on an ally to give them all health back or prevent them from taking damage. There’s no lack of use for some of the skill types.
