      The same thing goes for Reckless Attacks in Legend. Perhaps this is something that hasn’t come across in your MMO experience, but it applies to every skill for every character. Every single character in a single progression tier of a single dungeon.

      With that being said, some skills, even in MMOs, have infinite use.
