I am trying to implement observables with ngrx/store and ngrx/effects and want to use it in my restApi.
I have 3 objects: State, Action, Result
Stored state object:

}

Action:
allUsers
result: {user: User[]}

Each time the action is executed an user needs to be fetched from the API and stored in the object.
When all users have been fetched the allUsers Observable should update.
The result Observable should contain the newly fetched user.
The problem is I have trouble understanding how to deal with this problem.
The best solution I found is this:

About This ContentFor many fans of the original 4 Goddesses Online, this is a quality remake of the original puzzle/platform game.
In this game you must follow a ball across the screen, crossing different obstacles. Click on the ball to move it from left to right, and click on the obstacles to activate them and turn them into paths for the ball to follow.
Upon completing the game, two more levels will be unlocked.
Please do not be fooled by the bugs and limitations; I’m working hard to get them fixed in the final version!

The soundtrack is almost complete, and is being mixed and mastered. Most of the sound effect and music are the same, with the addition of new music tracks in some locations, and new sound effects in other places. Catch Me If You Can is a 2002 American biographical crime drama film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, and Benicio del Toro, about the life of Frank W. Abagnale, Jr., a Pan Am airline pilot posing as a doctor and an FBI financial investigator based at the FBI’s New Orleans division. The film is based on the 1995 book Successfully Passing the CPA Exam, previously unknown to audiences, with co-author Alan Miller, who wrote the book’s chapter on the Abagnale family. It is primarily about Frank Abagnale Jr.’s expertise as a pickpocket and confidence artist. The film was released by Warner Bros. on March 24, 2002.

Plot

Frank W. Abagnale Jr. is a Pan Am airline pilot who poses as a doctor. In reality, he is an airline flight attendant who is good with making up fake clearance cards for passengers. He achieved such an impressive effect in his role as Frank Abagnale, Jr. that Pan Am bet its future on him.

Frank’s mother, Carlotta (Annie Paris), and his father, Frank Sr., are a deeply religious working-class Philadelphia couple who raised their son to be responsible and risk-averse. In order to make their fortune, Frank Sr. takes his family to Antigua and leaves when Frank is five. Frank Sr. returns and teaches Frank the value of hard work, as well as the workings of the US postal system; the latter includes picking the pockets of the mailmen, which Frank does brilliantly, and later selling any unclaimed forged money orders. Even though he is well-read, Frank is a poor student, and he is unambitious.

At the age of ten, Frank attends Haverford Preparatory School along with his older sister Dacia Abagnale, after his parents divorce. Frank follows a strict discipline at school, including strict rules about speech and questions about religion or politics. He is suspected of having committed petty crimes when he comes home with legitimate-looking possessions; other students report these to the headmaster, Brother Jimmy, after forgetting about the booty he has not been seen to remove. Brother Jimmy immediately suspends Frank from school. However, he is never prosecuted. Once he reaches the age of 15, Frank engages in theft-related crimes.
