AutoCAD 2011 is a commercial desktop CAD program developed and marketed by Autodesk, Inc., for personal and commercial use, including desktop-based desktop publishing. AutoCAD is available in three versions, each with a different price and with a different set of features:

AutoCAD 2011 ($1399 US) is the full-featured desktop program, which includes the full set of tools, as well as a few options.

AutoCAD LT ($750 US) is a desktop CAD program designed for entry-level users. It has fewer tools, but is easy to learn.

AutoCAD 2010 ($1299 US) is a desktop CAD program developed for entry-level users. It has fewer tools, but is easy to learn.

All three AutoCAD releases are available for Windows, macOS and Linux. The mobile and web versions of AutoCAD are available in the AutoCAD 2000 and AutoCAD LT versions.

This is a review of the AutoCAD 2011 full-featured desktop CAD program, including all the tools and features included in the desktop version. In addition to reviewing the AutoCAD 2011 features, we’ll compare AutoCAD 2011 to the desktop versions of AutoCAD 2010 and AutoCAD LT, the latter of which is the older version of AutoCAD.
